Quicksalt, quick and easy to install salt chlorinator

Having a pool is synonym of having a good time while relaxing or in the company of family and/or friends. Now, it is also true that it is important to keep the water in good conditions to guarantee a pleasant swim without worries.

It is known that there exist different methods to disinfect swimming pool water and keep them free of pathogens and organic matter. Now, these processes can be tedious or, even, complicated to carry out and that is why we tend to turn to professionals.

In recent years, one of the most demanded processes for the disinfection of swimming pool water is that of salt chlorination. It is a process that is carried out by the salt’s own chlorine (NaCl), so it starts from a completely natural component. In addition, it is a system that facilitates the pool maintenance process due to its high degree of automation, its speed, and its efficiency.

SALT CHLORINATION FOR PRIVATE POOLS

In order to offer an effective salt chlorination system, but at the same time intuitive to use, Quicksalt e-360 was born, a compact chlorinator for private pools for domestic use.

The Quicksalt e-360 equipment was thought out and designed to offer a practical solution to those people that have a private swimming pool and wish to keep their water in excellent conditions without having to turn to a technician to carry it out. Also, it is a respectful solution with the environment thanks to its low electrical consumption and high technical performance.

In addition, at the product design stage, one of the most important points that was taken into account is that it was an easy and fast installation device, which, following a series of steps and indications, could be installed by anyone with a few minimal knowledge of DIY and electricity.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO INSTALL THE QUICKSALT e-360

Also, you will need the following necessary tools for the electrical and hydraulic installation of the equipment:

  • Cleaner and glue for PVC pipes.
  • Cutting saw suitable for PVC pipes.
  • Set of Allen keys.
  • Set of screwdrivers and tools necessary for the electrical connection to the pump control and protection panel.
  • Electric drill to install the flow switch (optional).

HOW TO EASILY AND QUICKLY INSTALL THE QUICKSALT e-360

In the first instance, and to carry out the installation, we must make sure that the equipment is turned off and disconnected from the electrical network.

Following this, the hydraulic installation must be carried out. To do this, with the supplied template it will be necessary to mark and then cut the pipe to the appropriate size.

Then, to install the electrolysis cell in the pipe, we will have to glue the two adapters and the ends of the pipe. Once this is done, we put the two gaskets in the cell, we couple it to the pipe and we put the two closing clips.

Once the hydraulic installation has been carried out, the assembly must be carried out with the electronic control unit. The Quicksalt salt chlorinator is created to be able to adapt to the different installation sheds, so there are two mounting options: type A and type B.

TYPE A MOUNTING:

Type A mounting is the one in which the cell and the electronic control unit are mounted together.

Once the hydraulic installation is finished, the next step to be carried out will be to attach the chlorinator electronic control unit by inserting it into the front housing of the cell and then the three cables of the cell will be connected through the aerial connectors.

TYPE B MOUNTING:

The type B mounting is the one in which the cell and the electronic control unit are mounted separately.

Once the hydraulic installation is carried out, the next step will be to hang the control unit on the wall with the back supports. Following this, the control unit will have to be connected to the cell.

Note: It will be necessary to make sure that there is not an excessive distance between the control unit and the cell, so that the extension cable allows you a correct connection.
