The user has a profile in the same Social Network and has decided to join the page created by BSV ELECTRONIC SL, showing interest in the information published in the Network. By joining to our page, you provide us with your consent for the using those personal data published in your profile.

El usuario siempre puede controlar sus conexiones, eliminar los contenidos que dejen de interesarle y restringir con qui\u00e9n comparte sus conexiones, para ello deber\u00e1 acceder a su configuraci\u00f3n de privacidad.<\/p>\r\n
BSV ELECTRONIC SL will carry out the following actions:
Access the profile\u2019s public information. Publication in the user\u2019s profile of all the information already published on BSV ELECTRONIC SL\u2019s page. Send personal and individual messages through the Social Network\u2019s channels. Updates the page\u2019s state that will be published in the user\u2019s profile.
The user can always control their connections, delete content that don\u2019t interest them and restrict who they share their connections with, to do this they will have to access their privacy settings.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

The user, once linked to BSV ELECTRONIC SL\u2019s page, will be able to publish in comments, links, images, photos or any other type of multimedia content in its page, supported by the Social Network. The user, in all cases, must be the owner of said content, own copyright and intellectual property rights or count with third party consent. Any publication on the page, be it comments, graphics, photos, videos, etc. that attempt or are likely to undermine morality, ethics, good taste or decorum, and\/or infringe, violate intellectual or industrial property rights, right to image or Law is expressly prohibited. In these cases, BSV ELECTRONIC SL reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the user\u2019s permanent blocking.<\/p>\r\n
BSV ELECTRONIC SL won\u2019t be responsible for the content that are freely published by the user.
The user has to have present that their publications will be known by other users, therefore, he himself, will be the main responsible for his own privacy.<\/p>\r\n
The images that may be published in the page will not be stored in any file by BSV ELECTRONIC SL, but it will be kept in the Social Network.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

BSV ELECTRONIC SL reserves the right to hold contests and promotions, in which the user joined by their page will be able to participate. The bases for each of them, when the Social Network platform is used for this, will be published on it. Always complying with the LSSI-CE and with any other policy that can be applied.
The Social Network won\u2019t sponsor, endorse nor administer, in any way, none of our promotions and it\u2019s not associated to any of them.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
